    Toshiba produziert SSD-Module mit 64, 128 und 256 GB Speicherkapazität

    Der japanische Speicherhersteller Toshiba bietet SSD-Module mit 64, 128 und 256 GB Speicher für die MacBook-Air-Familie, wie Heise online berichtet, wobei das 256-GB-Modul nur für das MacBook Air 13″ vefügbar ist. Die Module mit 64 und 128 GB sind 108 Millimeter lang, 24 Millimeter breit und 2,2 Millimeter hoch, das Modul mit 256 GB ist 3,7 Millimeter hoch. Die Toshiba-Module werden original von Apple verbaut, im Handel sind sie derzeit nicht verfügbar.

    Der taiwanesische Hersteller PhotoFast bietet ebenso SSD-Module für das MacBook Air an.
